I really like the changes you’ve made to this draft! I like how you got rid of the space where the ultra-processed/unprocessed foods are highlighted, however now it creates a tad bit of confusion as to how it fits in to that second section of “What the Study Shows”. If you could maybe put those in an “good to know”/“extra information” box I think that would help make this section more clear because these foods aren’t directly discussing the study, which is the focus of this section. For the third section, I like the added arrows as it makes it much more dynamic and understandable. The only other thing I notice is that the “What the study shows” sections is a bigger font than the “Why short term diets are ineffective” and the “So what can I do” sections. I don’t know if this is done on purpose but if so that makes me slightly confused about the levels. Also, in the first section, I think you should move the timeline part down to get rid of the awkward space below. Finally, the sources at the bottom are important to have on the poster but I think it should be the lowest level since people don’t usually pay attention to them, so maybe using a smaller more lightweight font can help with this. These are all minor details, but I’m being nitpick because overall it’s a very good draft!
I love all of the improvements. First, to address the shortcomings, I feel like the title could be a bit more creative/hooking. Right now, the main title is just a clinical statement about what your paper will address the main topic. Additionally, the section What the Study Shows is not entirely clear to what it is referring to. I guess the title there could rather briefly explain the main finding in a hooking way; something from that study that was striking. Same goes with What Can I Do? section where you could perhaps come up with a creative way to catch the attention of potential solution something like “Surprising & Effortless Cure” would summarize the idea that something like a simple diet change is something that could cure these problems. Also, the sizes of the subsections could be larger to really refine the hierarchy and show that the subtitles for each of the sections are the primary points of attention. Also maybe more the subtitles to the middle of the page in order to balance the view of the entire page? Since the current titles are skewed to the left yet the rest of the information takes on the rest of the page.
